Thank you for uploading the engine repair videos of this 323 BG. They are quite useful for my 1990 323F BG. Seems like your car also suffers from bad idle problems. I've got the same thing with mine, very shaky engine, everything is vibrating in the interior but only in idle. Revs and drives fine. I think it might be the valve seats of the exhaust valves that gone bad, so I will also take the cylinder head down and take a look at them.

She now has some increadebly 450.000 Km's. on her counter and she still runs every day 1 liter petrol to 21 Km's on everage and not a single drop of oil nor water consumption untill today ❤... Just a few weekse ago the four of us and some luggage went to France for a holiday. Some 2500 Km's in just 7 day's without any problems, not even a single lightbulb went broke. In fact I even didn't watch the amount of oil and water behoren we started our holiday...❤...
