@schoolbusdriver Yeah I'm trying to stay focused and get ready for this road test. I gotta take in class B truck also been studying my school bus endorsement and Passenger Endorsement. I had them once but everything ended up expire. So I had to study again and retake all this over again. It like a year just gone down the drain. But at the same time nothing is easy.

I will never give up on my dream job due to I will be very successful at it when they accept my application and for interview. I wish this world can give me a opportunity like everybody else brother but jobs make it so so stricter but unfortunately they hire people with bad attitudes and be disrespectful towards kids and people in general at jobs they give them easy easier to get hired with bad attitudes the reason I know this I used to ride school buses when I was a little kid it was a lot of bad school bus drivers

Yeah bro. How is your experience with riding school bus for 20 years now. Man how many field trips have you been in 5 weeks. I have to ask you what type of bonuses do they offer you guys is it the same thing like every bus company for school bus drivers. How many does they start you off with in salary??

Yess man I like asking a lot of questions I I guess a lot of people are scared to ask questions but lm not I would rather ask a lot of questions. That way I can be prepared I was thinking man how many years have you been a school bus operator for. do you work at first student due to you seem Like a great instructor you seem like you care for people honestly I hope I can get a instructor can give me tips and tricks on passing all of my for pre-trip inspection and parallel parking. I want to be a school bus driver so bad to help kids to get to their location safely and helps people in general I believe it will definitely change my life for better

@rockman7688 I’ve been driving for 20years and I’ve trained over 220 people!!! I don’t work for first student. I work for NJ state. Thanks for noticing!! Much gratitude I’m very grateful for your support! Just remember I can always help with pre-trip inspections I’ve made hundreds of videos on how to do it properly. I’m currently working on the updates. Parallel parking is no longer on the test. I the video I stated everything you need to learn for the skills test. I will post more skills test videos in April just for you!!

My first question is how does the process works for first student. people getting a cdl class b with first student bus jobs companies work . Also can individual people customize their training with instruction for example can they work individually with instructor or with group of people and also can people be able to customize their schedule with training for example do people have a option to train on weekends or Monday through Friday in the morning or at daytime My second question is I saw on first student that they only accept people who had their driver's license for at 3 years I only have mines for at least 2 years now With no criminal record at all and no points on my license do you think that they can hire me since I have a clean background record and My fourth question is it true that school bus drivers at first student get paid on holidays and summer breaks and also how many uniforms does first student provides for their new employees and also the classroom training get a CDL learner's permit will it be at a college or something or at the first first student building?

I really felt the winds after I dropped of my students we where in Atlantic City NJ right next to the Atlantic Ocean 🌊
