I was a tata fan but my experience with tata tiago is the worst.i purchased tata tiago in November 2018 and door bottom strip is rusted I complain about the matter several times to tata agency Nalagarh but no positive response from the agency... please don't buy tata vehicle as the after sale service is poor.

I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing issues I am having with the Tata Nexon CNG Smart+ I purchased on 28 October 2024 SAGAR MOTORS in Greater Noida. Vehicle number is UP 16 EP 7625 We are facing some persistent problems. · CNG meter hanging. · Clutch-sticks sometimes, · Third gear is making noise, · A/C makes a lot of noise, · Car is running at 80 speeds, the accelerator has quit while software has been updated three time. . water is getting into the trunk 1. 24 Nov 2024 2. 28 Nov 2024 3. 29 Nov 2024 4. 04 Dec 2024 5. 07 Dec 2024 6. 10 Dec 2024 to 15 Dec 2024 7. 19 Dec 2024 8. 29 Dec 2024 The manager (Mr. Shakir) kept the car in the service center for 10 Dec 2024 to 15 Dec 2024 days, what did he do? The problem is still the same. Take back this car and return my money with interest, I just give you time till 5 January 2025 to return the money. I have tolerated you a lot, now you don't want to talk to me. If my money is not returned by 5 January 2025, then I will go to court on 6 January 2025. I paid Rs 10,97,616/- to buy this car. In which the loan of Rs 7 lakh is at 8.8 percent. Amount - 1097616/- 7 lakh Interest 8.8% - 11286/- Total Amount - 11,08,902/- Give me a full refund, take your car back. KULDEEP SINGH +91-8745969694

First improve service then concentrate on sales, People struggle at service stations and you promote cars on social media. I have been struggling with my Tata Nexon since 3 days with no resolution so far and no contacts either to escalate the issue .

I has a petrol automated car. Very poor Car. In 2.5 years my battery had to be changed and Expenses of 20k for ABS lock activated on it own. The service center could not diagnose it even after 5 days . I am anguish and disappointed why I have taken such a car.
