TATA motors mascot showroom all branches are the worst service . I have many times registered the complaint but no one is responding . Almost 1 month was complete to cancel the booking but till day refund amount not received and no one answered me .kindly look this matter is tata motors group .

After sales service of Tata motors is worst. My car has been damaged by Tata service center during first service and they acknowledged the same. Have not received any satisfactory resolution after multiple escalation. So stop buying Tata cars.

I am sharing my experience, Tata Sp Motors Vadodara is very bad in sales, They take money in advance but not giving car on comiited date, even Tata Gujrat Sales team is not having curtsy to respond on emails, imagine if TATA sales is very bad then what about after sales services. Tata Motors needs to control their staff and delears.

Service Centers (Puneet Motos Worli) have space issues, hence getting service appointment only when they are freed up of existing cars

Burnt disc brakes at 18k Steering Assembly issues at 10k Infotainment system gets stuck sometimes. Please improve on your service .the people in service centre work as if they are in any sarkari naukri..self saw that during my car service.the work which can be done in less time they take full day to reduce the work load on them.also premium car suv like harrier and safari shoud get a different service attitude as the center is full with punch cars .this is hampering the service quality . Please also improve on part quality as in my tata safri 2023 one the hydraulic steering makes noise in standstill when rotating full left and full right.wgen i enquired about this to the technician and mechanic of yours they told that this problem is with all the harriers and safaris working on hydraulic mechanism and told the steering part itself is made like this.
