Wow 😲🤩! The mansion looks stunning & superb than any other same related type house! The height foyer & the ceilings of the living space is amazing! Can you tell me what will be the height of that roof 😯?? The exterior design of the house is more like Mediterranean to Tropical 🌴 shaped! I loved that front glass door too ❤! Prices are high nationally, unfortunately. However, there's a lot more homes coming onto the market and a lot of price reductions. So, things are changing 😀 One huge plus of this home, is the location...a new build about 10 minutes from the beach! That's rare to find and this contributes to a higher price. This price doesn’t include the lot price. That’s another 200k on top. I live 1/2 mile from these, we can not understand how million dollar houses are popping up in communities with 250k condos. The market is broken.

Thank you for your comment! Yes, that's correct, this is the base price. There are some lots with lower lot premiums, they really vary, but by the time you add in upgrades, you could defiantly be spending an extra $200k. Hopefully the market will get better in the next few years. It has been a wild ride so far!

Thank you for your comment! Compared to a lot of the used homes I see, these are all fabulous 😄! However, I understand what you're saying and I do try to point out certain features that add value to a home, although I don't do that all the time. When you see a builder putting a 1/2" slab onto an island, versus a 3" slab, that makes a big difference in price and in the aesthetics. Same goes for the grade of a slab, which I don't think most people know about. I'll try to point these things out in more of my videos going forward (although I've done a ton of videos already that aren't released). I don't want to make any of the builders mad at me, so there's a balance 🙂 Thank you again! I appreciate you watching and if I can help with your home search, please let me know!

When I can show them I do, however a lot of the times the builders use them as their construction office, or they are packed full of stuff that they're storing or they are locked. It's quite unfortunate. I will try to show them more often in my videos. If there are specific homes that you would like to see more of, please feel free to contact me directly and I will get that footage for you. I can ask to unlock them and if they are full, I can maybe move some of the items to one side. 😀
