I was disabled after auto accident in US. I worked in dialysis clinic before. When I had to go to ER after I fell on my tailbone on a metal with extreme pain. A white male nurse harassed me about not having medical insurance, coming to ERwithout a way to pay for treatment, he barked I was the reason American medical systems are f'd up. This was the hospital I had worked close when I was working at the dialysis clinic. Yes, I had to get help for ER bills. But I had paid 35% of my earning to federal, state, city taxes and fedral disability insurance, Social security for 20 years. I made complain to the hospital board, but I never got his name, and no one would inform me his name at that time. I had to fight 10+years for my disability while I was taking muscle relaxers, antispasm meds, PTSD meds, maximum Rx Opioid meds plus trampoline between Opioid meds, and ice pack on my neck and back 24/7, can't stand nor walk more than 15-20 minutes, can't vacuum, shower due to shower hurts, and can't sleep more than 4 hours due to pain and spasms. The federal disability appointed doctors told me I could work since I was taking strongest pain killers at the court hearing. I told him and the judge that they or their family member feels no more than my pain and spasms everyday just for 1 year and tell me that they could work, that unjust will bite your ass one day. Sine I was rejected disability benefits, I ended up on street, living in my car for a while, left US- the place i believed a home for 38 years, broken body and heart. All that money i had paid for disability gone, Social security benefits gone- never got the benefits nor refund since they won't pay the benefits.

This is excessive. If I'm dying and don't have mobey for an ambulance, I'm calling an ambulance. Why? Because I'd rather have bad credit from unpaid medical bills than be dead.

I was lucky enough to experience both an excellently performed emergency C-section, and an average, long, unmedicated natural birthing process. I would never ever call C-section "the easy way" or want to choose that experience, if I was forced to relive one would be the natural delivery all the way... but at the same time I would never ever even try to give birth at home, not if they paid me a million euros. There are just too many things that can go wrong but are so easy to prevent with appropriate assistance and means. Safe hospitals are the reason why childbirth related death rate for babies and mothers went from 1 in 4 to 1 in 10000.

Why are they not securing the metal at all? That should be one of the first things they do before they even transport him.

Makes me think of when my husbands hand slipped and he sliced the artery in his other wrist with the exacto blade he’d been cutting trim with. He coated a wall with blood, clamped his hand down onto his would found his boss and said “hey uh I gotta go to the hospital I got a cut.” His boss said it couldn’t be that bad if he was walking and talking so my husband removed his hand and blood sprayed everywhere. He’s fine, made it to the hospital and got it fixed but he was just like this guy. So chill the whole timr😂
