A vocational training contract(www.tironem.com/professional-training-france/) has as its goal, “the obtention of qualification and encouragement of the integration, or re-integration, of the candidate in the workplace.” The maximum duration of the training period is 400 hours. Training can be realized partially by alternating with on the job learning up to a maximum of 1/3 of the total training period.
