It's nice and very well built house,my question, why in the world there's no cooking stove in the second kitchen, since you guys go through all the troubles to do that, and it makes sense, if you wanna keep main kitchen clean and free of the smell of pasta and roasted meat...!!!!

Wow 👌,,,,it's very beautiful house,the master bathroom is a gem and the whole house is nicely staged,except for the kitchen stools and the sitting area ,i would put an L shape sofa and an armchair, so you're facing the TV, not looking on your side,,, but boy it's loaded with goodies 👍....!!!

I've even seen this house when it was being built, it looked gorgeous from the outside, and now it's still beautiful inside and out ,,, except in terms of price, I think it's a little outpaced by some other homes in the neighborhood, but fantastic house. _👌_!!!

This is probably now the best house on the market in the whole Nashville area, it's sleek and elegant ,has nice touches in the overall design, the fireplace, the glass panel,although I would stage that area differently ,the master bathroom is gorgeous, for that price they should've put a pool, even a small one, it would make truly # 1. ,,,,👍👍👍...!!!

@@NASHVILLENEIGHBORHOODS it's true, one of the touches I really liked and made me smile, is the one in the drop zone, I had used that trick to carry the wooden tone in an existing old kitchen cabinets, and guess where? In Paris, I can still remember the street name; Blvd Flandrin in the 16th district. I wish I had taken a picture.

It's another beautiful home, shown by Malcolm, definitely very well built,i like the columns in the outside porch, but again when you have 7 thousand square feet, the builder or the architect should design it with a separate guest or a teenager apartment, with its own entry an a separate small kitchen and you will still have a big house.

It's overall beautiful and no questions about the build quality,and the location, but, even if you put a dining table in the middle like they did,you still have an empty space in front of the kitchen...!!! island, also the bonus room upstairs doesn't have a wet bar with a small refrigerator??

It's absolutely a fantastic house .The master bathroom is probably the best in Nashville, but it's not clear where you would put the dining table,a good size table i mean...!!! I resolved the window treatment issue on this house because no matter what you say, it needs some..!!!

You can get out of bed and have breakfast at whole foods 😀.

It's very beautiful, the same remarks, the builder or the decorator should install some windows treatment or some sort of shades, 🪟,it's obvious that you can see through, as far as price, there's a condo in West end Blvd very similar to this house but 3 and half times more expensive.

You definitely need some window treatments in this home. I know I was standing in the kitchen and could see right into the living room of the home next to it. Actually waived at the owner. The homes in West End in the same builder. I haven’t had time to go there yet but I’m sure I’ll be touring those soon. Thanks again for watching!

@NASHVILLENEIGHBORHOODS oh I'm not questioning your honesty at all, it just happens that sometimes, builders, not realtors, say that kind of things, when I drove by, something looked to me awkward: the posts on the diagonal at the front holding the 2nd and the 3rd floor 😳,,, I'm afraid it's gonna last long, and why do them thin and that way ?? It's very beautiful ,it's actually gorgeous, i just watched it again,,,👌,except for the main level seating area, it looks small, but the finish and the material are excellent ,and next time, please show the entire shower glass panels, not just one part,,, there's a huge difference between a cheap ones, they're around $3k and the good ones ,around $14k...!!!

I loved the kitchen and office areas so much, the warm light makes it so inviting and pleasant to look at! I’m a bit sad that you didn’t show the area of house that was on the left side of the main living room though ☹️
