It depends to be honest, if you have 1 or 2 characters that can provide nice AOE, then he is skippable (otherwise, consider getting him), especially if you are interested in upcoming characters.

IMO I didn't pull Camellya because I can use Havoc Rover and save pulls for new characters, but when Rover get new element, I might consider pulling for Camellya

It's actually the shorekeeper. Trust me, use her and you will never die once. Use shorekeeper and bell-borne combo. If you choose the correct training skill combination and a bunch of good metaphors you are basically invincible plus she can do a nasty amount of damage. Try it.

tried the advanced rotation against various enemies and bosses and the camelya dps time is very minimal and shorekeeper buff runs out quite early, if any error happens during the rotation you can say goodbye to shorekeeper intro, it looks complete and perfect against left side of TOA but in practice after testing myself multiple times I have to say that it needs work

This issue is easily solved by using ultimate late, so you just skip ultimate step and use it after sanhua's combo and camllya's crownless, in the end it's called advanced for it's difficulty and for sure it will need sometime to be played correctly

How do you manage your echo xp and tuners to get so many double crits…?

some tip to save your materials, always tune your 1-cost and 4-cost 2 times to see whether if it's useful or no, you get 1 or both useful stats keep going, same goes for 3-costs but try not to be picky and tune the first 3, also atk% 3-costs are super underrated if you have those with really good substats use them for sure
