This is a good story, but it is a shame that you have to be writing a story like this especially in America, and all the other countries that are of the same mindset. Good story. 😊

We know that such laws to protect intellectual property were created decades before this case happened, because even though the concept of "AI" was hypothosized in the past, it is just now an actualized entity.

The case is already won, why after cas is won, they are having a deposition, isn't that supposed to be down during discovery of the case that is now concluded? Sounds like poor editing to me.

I work as a welding engineer for an aerospace parts manufacturer and have been running across this same issue since I started. When I qualify a weld procedure for weld joint and provide that qualified procedure for operations to weld to, it never is used. I have brought this up all the time with management and our QC department but everyone gives me a cold shoulder as we are strictly concerned about sales. Many of these welded joints are aerospace system critical welds and the purpose of the weld procedure is to establish that the parameters and technique meet the mechanical properties for in service use.
