I cannot get over how cool and creepy 1:47 sounds with the bassoons, bass clarinets, and double basses

Your mother was a very beautiful woman. She was pointed out to me once in the early 1970s at Symphony Hall-a gorgeous woman in a Chanel suit.

I was so privileged to have met this beautiful lady. When I was living in Branson Missouri . She had purchased a Victorian style house and was looking for items to put in the house. I will forever be grateful to have spent some time around her. I always thought she was such a beautiful lady and incredibly gifted actress / singer. I was so sorry I was not able to see her again but have always kept her in my prayers since that amazing encounter. Thank You Carol for the quality time I had with you. Sending many Blessings your way 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️♥️

What a lovely lass, n family. Handsome husband Lenny B. Didn't know much about Felicia until now, I read a little about Leonard Bernstein just after he passed on in early 90s. Simply fascinating story. ❤❤❤😊😊😊

She was marvellous. When I lived in Chicago she was my voice teacher. She was a powerful influence in my life. Her passing leaves a hole in my heart

A wonderful woman. Love the documentary and it is a welcome contrast to the dreadful "Maestro" movie. Also love that you chose music by Carlos Chavéz in the beginning.

So we're not hearing the recording on the tape, right? The tape has the midi (or pre-midi?) playback and it is "playing" the synthesizer?

Was he running a rudimentary form of midi time code or was the Moog there for show and everything prerecorded?

Leonard addressed the synth as "Hal", an obvious reference to the Hal 9000 computer in "2001: A Space Odyssey".
