I’ve watched Seinfeld from season 1 to the end and then start all over for YEARS. Hands down, one of the FUNNIEST scenes that makes me crack up all the time is the stand in scene with Kramer. “How long you gonna be away for daddy?” Mickey’s delivery is perfection!

Mickey was a great character. I definitely noticed at the time that it was the only instance I'd seen of a little person character on TV where it was not played as a heavy handed "lesson" or a cheap laugh. The humor came from the character's personality and relationships to others, just like everyone else on the show.
