He was demonstrating the steps that he showed us well enough. 170 degrees seems a bit high for the mash; didn't look like he had it that high though. Love the quick sparge/rinse of the grains; I would have done the same with the hop bags, that were dripping with enough juice to make another beer lol That carboy had been racked and topped up at some point off camera. Not described/mentioned. All in all though this covered enough for someone new to make good beer....or great beer.
