I have streamed Half-Life Alyx from my RX 6900 XT to Quest 3 H264+@940Mbps over USB3 3.5Gbps connection. There was no latency, 90fps refresh rate @native headset resolution, sharp graphics when I was moving my head-around. Waiting for my WiFi 6e router to come (5.4Gbps) to see if I can stream 500Mbps H264+ using Virtual Desktop and see what the IQ is like. As far as encoding goes the card could cope with encoding 940 Mbps@90 fps and output high IQ level...I'm into my photography/cinematography so understand IQ - grading, black-levels contrast, sharpening, bit depth 8/10/12 bits per pixel, dithering, contrast. I like the Quest 3, it may not have local dimming, or quantum dot LCD but it does have a sharpness, not fuzzy. They should make a Quest 3 Super Pro with QLED/Micro LED local dimming and an Ultra with Micro OLED headset...

On your latest twitch vid , you can hear a distinct buzz or noise while you play. Starts around 11:43 mark on the twitch vod and is heard throughout the vod. Something isn't grounded properly so since the setup described on here is to show us how to connect pc's and audio between them and hearing the hum / buzz, i can't see how this tutorial will be beneficial unless one want's audio noise in the setup as described here on this video.
