I would suggest while your content is great and I followed Brad for 20+ years here are some tips from a. public speaker - slow down, your speech is too fast. Enunciate your words, your words are hard to follow because your words run into each other. Clarify your stages and what topic you are talking about then discuss it then recap it. I hope this helps I cant recommend Action Coaches enough I had one for many years.

@@ActionCOACHTV a good reminder to pay attention to the details. For example, actively listen when people speak - listen to the words they use and the sentiment with which they express them. Those are the clues that you should follow to uncover the real issues, so the coaching will be more effective. And the doing too much - over delivering, which leads to overwhelm. Taking control and walking them at a pace to reach each level, so that it can be built upon - build too quickly and it's not stable.
