I'm sorry that's just taking the dog for a walk without a leaf if it was lease training there would be a lease and the dog would be given commands heel for one the dog is too far away from the owner too far forward that's not training that's just a dog walking next to somebody

My nabers still haven't trained there elderly dog not to pull on the leash me over here walking my cat so well I can unclip his leash and he'll walk right next to me. (He also walks in the rain like nothing's happening I think there's somthing wrong whith him lol)
