it's only working 1 way. When I reply smsit does not pass message back to GHL. Everything appears in SMSit ok. Messages Sending from GHL arrive no problem

It works 2 way. You simply have to make sure that you do not add the + sign infront of your phone number for the outbound and inbound number field, at the SMS-iT GHL configuration page at ghl.smsit.ai

Thanks for the tutorial. Is it possible to add multiple numbers from smsit into ghl and assign them manually to be used with contacts. Say I have 3 users in a sub account and each can have a different number. I should be able to assign these users to different contacts/conversations

With the form builder can it pull data in one page at a time? Example... Page 1 asks for name submit button leads to page 2 email submit Then the crm gets creates a new contact and populates name and email. Also triggering an automation to send a welcome email.

One whatsapp profile per main account or team account, AGENCY sub accounts can put a different business whatsapp on it, but the agency sub accounts have a cost of $20 USD per month per sub account.
