Kamprad war Bestandteil der Nysvenska Rörelsen und bekennender Nazi. Der 14cm Djungerskog Affe wird mit sofortiger Wirkung aus dem Sortiment verschwinden müssen. Weiters sollte Ikea über die Ausbildung ihres Personals im Bereich des Managements nachdenken.

Why I won't go to Ikea again after being a customer for years. My latest experience is such that I cannot not talk about it to future customers of the Swedish firm's services. We decided to change our sofa and chose home delivery for the sake of practicality and comfort. We took the day off so that we could receive the sofa. Taking a day means less pay and wasted time. The delivery company that subcontracts deliveries to Ikea Mulhouse, Charl'Antoine, is known for these bad reviews and is also known to the Ikea hotline because many customers are dissatisfied. Of course, as usual, the sofa was not delivered to me. In the meantime, Ikea has already collected my money as well as the delivery costs. I contacted Ikea to understand why they were still working with these subcontractors, why this was not stipulated in the delivery clauses (Ikea does not have an internal delivery service) so that customers know what they are getting. exhibit by choosing the delivery service. I was shocked to hear that if I wanted to come and collect the sofa from the store myself, they would give me a "gift voucher" to compensate for the delivery costs and nothing concerning compensation for non-compliance with the contract. Lose a day of work, wait at home so that nothing happens, and be told that the delivery costs would be transformed into a voucher, without the slightest compensation? I will therefore choose to cancel my order. The conclusion of this story is that, Ikea knowing the problems caused by subcontracting by incompetent partners, it participates in a scam which is organized this way: they sell and collect the money, you are not not delivered, you will pick up the goods yourself, you have a voucher to further inflate the figures for your purchase. You are disappointed, service providers are getting fat on the backs of customers who are not informed of the delivery problems experienced by Ikea services. Never again Ikea.
