Adequacy needs to include having all levels of schools in all parts of the county. It is not acceptable for there to be no high school in Elkridge, which is 1/6 of the county population. Columbia, which is 1/3 of the county, does not need to have 6 of 13 high schools. Columbia cannot support 6 high schools. Students are bused in from distant areas to fill the excess capacity in Columbia.

Dozens of trailers in our schools. >1/3 of our elementary schools are predicted to be overcapacity. 6 middle schools. Please constrain schools at 100% capacity and extend the time huge developments must take the schools test before they are automatically passed.
