No it's not,though he didn't give credit and only used the sample's part in his short but claims that the song used is his rap song He didn't use HIS part of the song in his shorts so technically he only used the original song sample,but misleading people to his rap verse which tbh ruined the song, it's off-beat

Sampling is when you take snippets of sounds and put them together. Prvnci just stole the entire song and passed it as his own (no credit at all)
