@SBLHairloss thank you so much! The round of antibiotics gave me excessive diarrhea which resulted in a 10 pound weight loss. I knew I would suffer from something. Fortunately after 6 months my gut is better eating lots of fruits and vegetables. It eases my mind to know it's temporary and that patience is a must.

@@elizabethtara7658 Sorry to hear this, I know how you feel (((. I'm grateful that my hair is no longer shedding like it was over 3 months ago. I really believe it was mostly due to a round of antibiotics that I had taken. What I am doing now is using Pura' dor Advanced Therapy shampoo and conditioner for shedding. I also spray my hair twice a week with fenugreek water. I take 2 tablespoons of fenugreek grains and let it set in a covered jar (2 cups water), for 1-2 days. I strain the grains and use the water twice a week. It's really helped with shedding. I'm feeling really happy with the fact that I am no longer shedding. Hope this helps!😘

@@SBLHairloss Hey I appreciate I asked because I actually bought the oil today at a beauty store, and was told to use aleast every other day for my braids/cornrows. I wasnt sure if that was okay or that was to much to use. Also do I apply it on each braid or in between, does is soak in itself or do I have to like massage it in my head dont want to mess up the braids thats why I ask. Thank you
