Mine recently started shutting off halfway through the smoothie cycle. No idea why, unless it's overloaded, or vibrated out of position. It's never been an issue until the last week or so. Usually it goes 55 seconds, now 25 and it completes.

Why does my handle on the lid not go down? It is stuck in the upright starting position you had it in during the beginning of the video.

I've had my Nutri Ninja Auto IQ for years. All of a sudden the "BLEND" and "ULTRA BLEND" functions aren't working, I get "Err" when I press these buttons. Why is this happening? All other buttons work fine.

Purchased yesterday with high hope But timer lights are blinking double digit .Its not working at all

The gears are getting really hot while blending batter, Ninja needs to address this issue. One of my Ninja blenders, the gear has melted and ripped off. Also they have very low rpm in the bigger jar so it is unable to do a fine blend compared to others. The motor is powerful but with less rpm.

This is not a good brand. Poor manufacturing and quality control processes. These systems are very faulty. Mine stopped working during the 2nd time I used it.

Hello. Can you make small chutney s with this or is it only for dry grinding?

This blender does not work and has not worked since purchased, the power is on, the time is 0. If I push the pulse button nothing happens, the extract, smoothie and auto IQ boost light is also on, nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Where can I find replacement blades? Someone stole mine where I was staying with them. Please tell me have replacement blades for the Smoothies? Me and my kids haven't had been able to make smoothies in our Ninja for almost a year now. I believe we have The ninja duo with AQ boost and the Nutrient bowl. If you don't make replacement parts. I will be happy to do a review on a new Ninja that would be a blessing. The kids and I just want to be able to make Smoothies again and I really don't have the funds to buy a whole other blender.

I just got the Ninja Professional Blender 1000. Look forward to using it. But I am wondering about the blade assembly. It sits so loosely on the drive gear. I see on videos that it wobbles. Evidently it just sits and you don't click it into place. I am afraid it will come loose and fly around in the pitcher when I turn it on. Any advice?
