Thank you! It’s a great dip.

I think you can do this with any cheap cut of beef, too. Brisket is too expensive to do this with, imo. Any beef cut that is braised for long enough will come out tender and delicious.
@OkieSmokin3 күн бұрын
Agreed, brisket is pricey and any cut of meat would work great and be delicious. Thanks for watching!

couldn't keep watching after I saw lighter fluid!
@OkieSmokin23 күн бұрын
If used properly it is burned off well before adding food and won’t affect the cook.
@AaronEllis-we9by23 күн бұрын
@OkieSmokin I know it but I have had so much food that tasted like lighter fluid that I just don't even take the chance any longer.

Why are your grates still greasy? We’re New owners of a Pitt boss, just wondering…
@OkieSmokinАй бұрын
They were cleaned with some water, but before cooking I’ll heat it up and when the grates get hot it will clean more easily before cooking on it.

Any recommendations on which pellet smoker is best for newbies? My son and I are wanting to smoke our own meats
@OkieSmokin2 ай бұрын
I have used mostly Pit Boss pellet grills and they are easy for beginners. Set the temperature like an oven and smoke it, but really any pellet grill should work well.
