I love these! ty so much! One tip I have - when ever I work with any flakies or chrome power, etc, I set everyone out on damp paper towels. Doesn't stop the spread entirely, but sure cuts it down.

So in order for chrome to stick you need a no wipe top coat or base coat?

For usual use yes you would use No Wipe Top Coat but for this I just rubbed it right into the black cause I really wanted all those nooks and crannies to show up. You can use chrome lots of ways.
