GOD loves you to dare Him for it's not so much about the dare, with God it's about the fact that you remember Him, but don't you dare to defy Him. Worst of all though, is that the one thing that God finds very hard to forgive is hypocrisy for it throws one's mind so off balance that it may take many, many lifetimes for it to be back in balance where the mind can find God in that one's heart

When faithful musicians do their job diligently, music becomes important, simple logic. It applies to all other areas.

Once in a lifetime we have chance to meet an amazing teacher like her, Joan Earle. She was just like my mum, always guided me through my learning. You not only teach me what to learn, you teach us the correct way of learning as a beginner, without giving me up. It’s a sad day of my life and definitely is a great lost for many students. You may not know how much it mean to me to have met you. Even though you only spend less than a year teaching me. The knowledge I learn is useful throughout my life! Rest In Peace, and you will live in our hearts forever!

This was a very good sermon. But isn't the Uniting Church stuck in the past? yes most Uniting Churches have a progressive & progressing theology but feels like they are failing to connect with the modern general public. Every Uniting Church that I have visited has mostly old people in the congregation, the music is not modern they mostly play old hymns. and the clergyman in the Uniting Church seem to be all very old people it's very rare to meet a young pastor in the Uniting Church. Old hymns old churches old clergyman does not appeal to modern Australian Christians and this is probably why Uniting Church numbers are going down. The Apostle Paul knew how to connect to the community in his audience in his day. Today seems like the church that is good at connecting with the modern times are the Pentecostal & charismatic churches. their churches are growing in large numbers and there is a youthful young modern vibe with young people and old people, and with people with many different cultural backgrounds from Asia Africa and they are also in touch with modern music in their churches and have young clergyman as well. Although I love the progressive forward thinking theology of Uniting churches but they lack modernisation in style and worship and leadership, seems to me The Uniting Church of Australia is stuck in tradition and style of the past but in its Theology is very progressive and forward-thinking. Perhaps if the Uniting Church changes its style of worship and gets more younger clergyman it would connect with the modern day faith environment much better. There is no point having a progressive view of faith and not be progressing and growing and connection in your community. To connect with modern day religious people and make an impact you need to be vibrant exciting and dynamic. these are the things the Apostle Paul was these are the things Pentecostal churches have but sadly these are the things the Uniting Church of Australia seems to lack. Don't be a lukewarm movement
