Through all the years the suede lined backpack seems to be super rare! Wish I could find one myself or have an opportunity on this bag! It's almost been 10 years now since the making of this video!!

Hi dude I have a Nikon D500 and a on camera SB700 flash gun! I was thinking of also getting one of this rotolights to use as a off camera continuous light for like wedding receptions for the first dance and to generally give a nice soft light! Do you think one of these rotolights plus an on camera speed light would light up the bride and groom well for the first dance at a wedding reception with rather low light?

there's much more to learn about this bag, such as the stitching, also, in areas that the straps stretch, plastic is sewn in to prevent it. the zipper/hardware is the best made. the full grain leather is first choice from the tannery, and so forth. the owner has a new video, tounge in cheek describing how to "knock -off" his bag describing how it's built.

However, when I think of a briefcase, I think of use for business like laptops/folders etc. Would you recommend this be used primarily as a carryon or overnight bag? Hello, Thank you for your video. It is very helpful. I am a new owner of the Saddleback beast duffel. I am planning on taking the bag on a trip soon where I will check the bag at the airport (the bag will go in the plane's hold instead of me carrying it onto the plane). Please could you tell me whether you have ever checked this bag at the airport and if so, what was the state of the bag when you got it back (i.e. can the bag cope with being tossed around by the airport baggage handlers)? Great Video. I fell in love with Saddleback Briefcase also, however Saddleback Leather do not have with suede lining for their briefcase collection. Only pig skin. Can customer request a suede lining instead of pig skin? Looking forward for you to review Saddleback Leather bag or other items from it's brand with suede lining. BTW, lower down a bit volume music by James Horner (if I'm right on that). Thanks.

Great review. Yes, it is too bad Saddleback doesn't offer the suede lining any longer. I guess that this backpack has the newer tobacco brown color? I have not seen the newer color in person. How does it compare with the 'older' TB color? And, how does the newer leather compare with the 'older' leather Saddleback leather used 2-3 years ago? On camera the newer TB color looks kind of 'spotty' or uneven in color. Or is that just the lighting?

I pondered for a long time between large & extra large & eventually decided that too much was better than not enough & chose XL in tobacco. I'm now impatiently waiting for my new bag to arrive here in the UK. I'm visiting 8 US States in September as I'm riding a Harley across Route 66 & fully intend to buy some more saddleback products to bring home. Hey Jeffrey. It will not flash but the lights texture will look great. You just have to be within about 3 feet of your target.

Would this be ok to use for taking pics and using it as a flash?

I can't find any video (or picture for that matter) of pouch being attached to jeans' belt loops. I know I've read somewhere that it's possible to do it (probably on SBL customer review section) without pouch getting in a way and blocking front pocket or being too tight and getting in a way in sitting position. I would really appreciate it if You could snap a couple of photos from different angles (or adding a short video to your YT account) of pouch being attached to first two belt loops (above front pocket in standing and sitting position), and second and third loop (back pocket in standing position). Great video. Glad you showed the wallet because thats my first purchase from them. Bro put me on the payroll dam your spending thousands with them!! lol But you'll never buy it again. I love Saddleback's products but I can never justify the prices. This thing weighs 12 pounds and costs about a thousand bucks. A military issued duffle bag weighs 2 pounds and costs a maximum of 50. Plus it can hold more. But damn these would look great on the side of a Harley.
