What an honor to train with Park Joo Bong from Korea, the man is a legend. Everything he does is just full of passion and ground breaking stuff... Team Japan are very luck to still have him as head coach.

Wonderful video. I have been trying to train my grandson how to play badminton. This video helps him to understand the basics, the importance of the posture and that it's OK to miss hitting the birds. Thanks for sharing.

They training is like Lee Chong Wei coach style of Datuk Misbun... Perhaps i see once The Ehime Badminton Association of Japan comes to Datuk Misbun to seek Knowledge Technique & Skills from him..... And he says the Famous Words that he gave to Lee Chong Wei..... "i only need TWO THINGS from you... YOUR TIME & YOUR ENERGY,"

I remember years ago when japanese player/association/team travel round the world to seek the knowledge technique skills from badminton elite country such as South East asian monster of malaysian indonesian etc.... And when they first won thomas cup its very satisfyingly to watch their achievements after that much struggle they've been thru

Un truc qu'on a pas encore appris en cours. J'ai personne qui veut s'entraîner en dehors des cours là-dessus et le pire c'est que je le subis très fréquemment sans avoir le répondant. Frustrant.
