I just got off the ship last week and it was a nightmare. The pool is filthy and needed resurfacing tile was cracking. The elevators didn't work on both ends and we had a situation where it wouldn't stop and people were sweating and starting to panic and when I hit the emergency button there was no staff that was even coming to the rescue. It could have been very very bad. In addition they put three women over 60 in a bunk bed room and one of us was 87 were they expecting her to climb up that ladder. It was totally absurd it was way understaffed the whole ship and in the main Buffet area there were so many people of fire inspector would have been handing out citations. In my opinion the ship is very unsafe. They ended up finally moving me to a room where there was a whistling noise over my bed because some kind of pipe broke and no staff ever showed up to during the occurrence. I spent half my time and guest services with the manager Kelson who promised things that never materialized like taking the Wi-Fi off my bill because it didn't work on the ship when I was trying to communicate with the people I came with and they never got my messages. The refreshment package was a joke because the only reason I got it was for the fresh squeezed orange juice and the orange juice was so sour it was disgusting and then I was told you can't have coffee and orange juice at the same time for breakfast even though I paid for the package. The whole trip was more stressful than relaxing I don't recommend this ship go on any other ship but this one
