Haha, yeah I get not quite believing me about the penny Derringer, but glad to see you put it to use! Apropos tips, you are running the flare gun; it can one-shot Grunts, Armoureds, Hives, Bee swarms, and even be used to destroy lanterns over chicken coops or dog cages. It's a happy medium between being a quieter option than gunfire, but affording the range of gunfire. I personally get a lot of use out of all aspects, not just the hunter burning, and since you are running no strong melee options it would help you out with the elite enemy crowd. Oh also, remember to pick up the traits! The Blazeborne always drops a burn trait, like Necro, Rampage, Remedy etc, which you didn't pick up, and I'm sure you didn't pick Berserker either, which would've helped with the damage on your melee attacks. Pssst!... They're free real-estate.

As a P69 Blight Main with roughly 1500 hours put into him and 17,855 Lethal Rush Attacks, I would say your gameplay with Blight as a beginner is certainly pretty good for being newer to him. I would like to make some major points about him and what you should do in which case you want to play him effectively: 1. It is crucial to master bump logic because this is what he can do at his prime in his current state, so be sure to leave any pallets up that survivors throw and train yourself to rush around the zone till you hit them, but also be sure to not lethal rush too close to a destructible as the game does prioritize pallets and walls over the survivor. 2. When you want to turn corners or around walls to hit a survivor, be sure to curve your camera left or right before swinging, this will allow you to do 90 degree turns if you can get good at it, if you use Blight Tag and you're more experienced, you will be able to hit 180s as well. 3. If you want to play Blight without any hiccups, you'll have to make him your main because you will require the utmost of experience in him to gain the muscle memory and skill to effectively win your games. (Earlier in my career of being a blight main I had taken breaks in between playing him and that caused me to be worse than before) Also I do stream on Twitch, I am named BlightedSpectre on there as well, I try to stream frequently and it is mostly Blight gameplay so if you want to you are free to drop in and say hello anytime! Popping off with the deadeye! Well played, lad. 🤠 After watching your ten-round boxing match with the immolator I think you may enjoy the versatility that the deringer pennyshot gives you. Because Crytek are a bunch of goobers, they made a dumb change to Immolators a while back and how they interact with pennyshot ammo, i.e. it now one-shots them at close range WITHOUT igniting them. This non-sensical change is fine I guess, since they made Immos immune to poison ammo. The upside of running the deringer pennyshot is that it also breaks doors (including barricaded doors) down with a single shot. This is excellent for storming lairs or accessing some of the armouries quickly, not to mention the one-shot potential against players too. It's a handy little beast

More folks really need to start giving love to the Indie/AA title realms - the AAA studios keep giving us broken and incomplete games with crappy monetization tactics. Support more small studios giving you complete beautiful games that are simply meant to be played :) they deserve it way more than the next 80 dollar live service mess we get :)

i recommend that you turn on spell notifications in settings -> gameplay -> experimental to remind you when those spells are charged again (so helpfully you use them more)

the mask shards are used at the area across from the ascension shrine there are 3 mask shards per map (cain=dammed, elias=scarlet, goliath=castle) you can also pay 1k witchfire to get quests that give you preyer echos that let you level up your preyers (that u get from those mask shards) they can be quite a big help against vaults and familiars (but they do use a randomized amount of your witchfire everytime you summon them from 1-20% of your current witchfire; their passives do not cost anything tho)

Boomer shooter is such a bad label. All the zoomers and gen alphas now think that baby boomers actually played video games. 😅
