I do yoga on a regular basis. I find that I’m not getting enough weight resistance with yoga, and therefore started to incorporate Leo’s moves into my daily routine. It’s been just over two weeks and I already feel stronger. I can do certain yoga moves more effectively and efficiently because of these exercises. Yoga in turn has also helped me with some of Leo’s moves.

I wish my bad digestive system could handle the mixture of foods you easily eat! I’d be in massive pain with bloating. Anyway, I am fascinated by body weight exercise and do yoga. I have to MOVE. I love to dance too. I hate boring weight training. Movement and using your body without barbells is the way to go!
