I don't like the ending. Too sad

Does anybody know where we can actually watch the whole movie? I loved this movie it’s probably one of my favorites of all times and I haven’t been able to find it anywhere.

This drama is a masterpiece of a storyteller.......beautifully written......nobody shed heartfelt tears for the one who passed away...some tears were out of sympathy some out of pity.....etc etc......but just 2 ppl cried genuine tears....the ones she expected would shed genuine tears, did not...but the one she least expect and was so unaware of.....truly cared for her and actually shed tears for her True to life.....after death we silently slip out of pplz thoughts and memories...the world keeps on moving forward like we never even existed.....only a handful of ppl will truly miss us and keep us alive in their fleeting memories

The song was the OST of 2004 Kdrama First Love Of A Royal Prince. Though the song is well-suited to the drama series.
