178 main and 50 pilot is stock jetting which is slightly rich but but keeps the bike running cool and preserves the cylinder. The leaner jetting will run more crisp and be more responsive but also will generate more heat and wear the cylinder just a little sooner. Also you’ll likely be too lean this winter and will need to go back to a richer jetting but it’ll run great this summer. Enjoy! Also get a JIS screwdriver for the carb screws and avoid a normal Phillips to keep from chewing them up.

I dropped a 1 x 4 powered optic I was going to use for bear hunting here in Ontario Canada. It broke in half literally. I shipped it to Vortex here in Canada through my company via Fedex and I had a brand new one back to me in 5 business days no questions asked. Now keep in mind they are in Ontario where I live but I've since put Vortex on all of my rifles. I highly recommend them.

As you said, it’s a trade off. Pistol or rifle is easier to miss with especially if you do not practice much. Shot gun is generally easier to hit the target with something, but recoil can throw you off target and unsettle you for your next shot. No matter what you choose you much train and practice with it regularly.
@RIDEreviewRELOAD8 күн бұрын
Very true! Great point on follow up shots…..Training is critical I agree with you!
@DKhalil6 күн бұрын
Also If there is another person in the room or not to far from whoever you intend to shoot to, it’s gonna be difficult with a Shotgun because you can hit them too. The pistol or the rifle give you a better precision but if the target is moving fast, like side to side for example you will miss a lot . Both have their pros and cons depending of the situation. But for sure every gun owner should trained enough to be pro efficient with their guns and be able to assess the situation properly and shot accordingly.

Diamond Back, Radical firearms, PSA and SW sport 2 are all affordable quality rifle manufacturers.
@RIDEreviewRELOAD9 күн бұрын
The Diamondback is a better value dollar for dollar than the M&P in my opinion, and it isn’t discontinued which just inflates the price even more. The IWI zion would be a better rifle for the money if you’re gonna go closer to 1k.

Best mods for the money are the power valve mod (free) and pick up a used 5UP head (less than $100). It’s a crazy difference if you like a mean 2 stroke.

Someone selling it for 1100USD and I am on my crf 250r 08 (the bike has been great. but you know, two-stroke!) Please give me the worst-case scenario if I ever go on the yz.
