Would be great to see the Council on board with traffic control and directed laps…. Even to end up at Limestone Park in a huge show and shine… with food trucks etc . Could see that as a monthly or even every second month event.

I've heard there are plans to make a quarterly event. Can't say for sure though. But a show and shine either before the event or towards the end of the night is an awesome idea.

Yeah great idea. Maybe start with a show and shine so people have a place to meet and chat before the laps? The idea of bringing lappers back is to bring traffic and business back to the top of down which has been dead for so long, therefore the end destination should be there for people to have a bite to eat and support local business. Doing a show beforehand might be hard due to lack of parking, Limestone park has enough space but I wonder if council would be worried about damage to the grass.
