Bought it run-down for 120k (max). Then spent 100k doing it up. Now selling for 322k. Good luck to them. But I would rather do what they did originally.

Regarding your videos, I wonder if you might consider using a gimbal (or something like a GoPro that has built-in stabilisation), and to pan and turn more slowly, please? Could be such an adventure for someone very talented in carpenty work and also with t ime and it would be facinating to see all this house could become. Being young, and having extra money taken out would help to be able to finish it up properly. A person couold live in one of the apartments if they had the ability to do it ,that way while they fix up main house, they have a place to stay and still be comfortable in their own home. Makng sure heat systems are set up well, is important and having the right tools for Winter or Summer months, Thi could be a very special large house with a few apartments to rent out, or Bed and Breakfasts. This is an area wehr people can have privacy in thier own areas and yet others around to help if an emergency in anyway did occur. Not totally secluded and yet could be made private for all in thir owna areas and plenty of land to make it nice.

Great price for a very nice property

First thing I'd do is rip out the kitchen and reconfigure it without an island so I have a proper living room.

Having a house with a well and solar that i had put in, i was curious as to what the solar set up looked like on this one. 👀🥲Energy independent properties are of immense interest to me.

Well it's different, but I don't think those top windows are particularly nice. A shame that the kitchen, dining & living space is all in one area - that means the living room where you spend most of your relaxation time does not get much attention ! I'd put the kitchen into that side room, and start again with that big room ! A good buy considering the space & a lot of work already done, even if not quite what you'd personally want to keep !

Very cute house ! It seems the owners haven't been there much lately but with some cleaning and a few jobs it could be beautiful and a pool would make it perfect 😃 It's odd that they moved the kitchen to the bedroom the kitchen that was already there seemed perfectly fine and looks bigger 🤔

Stunning but we did not see the interior of the manor

Outside of the property is superb and gives the impression of a fairly large house ..but the interior seems small , bedrooms are small and the corridor narrow.. strange ! Garden is heaven and love the gite .Is this located in Normandy near the sea or inland please? the paddock ( if one has a horse ) is part of the property right? Who takes care of the garde, speking from experience when you need professionals it is very costly in France.Superb garden , i love it !

I really enjoy your videos. I would love them if you'd take us up the stairs (for multi-story properties) rather than cross-fading from one floor to the next. I may be the only one who feels this way, but it was worth mentioning. Keep up the good work!
