I built my house beside the wood So I could hear you singing And it was sweet and it was good And love was all beginning Fare thee well my nightingale 'Twas long ago I found you Now all your songs of beauty fail The forest closes 'round you The sun goes down behind a veil 'Tis now that you would call me So rest in peace my nightingale Beneath your branch of holly Fare thee well my nightingale I lived but to be near you Tho' you are singing somewhere still I can no longer hear you

It's been a couple decades since I last dove into the research I was doing for a web comic (fanfiction back then) I wanted to make when I was young...figured I'd revisit the subject since I haven't made anything set in stone just yet, but I'm glad because my life experiences have seasoned my ability to tell a story in a much more developed way. It's hard to know where to start...so it's helpful to have so many resources nowadays. I'm still having a hard time finding much info on genko, or black kitsune though. I may have to invent my own lore for that. The Russian silver fox is my favorite kind, the experiment was very thought provoking in terms of how evolution looks over a short span of time and with what's possible...so my main character is designed after a Russian silver fox...which is simply a morph of the traditional red fox, so I've been very curious about higher melanistic expression type foxes in Japanese Lore, including cross foxes.

A part in this video surprised me is that Kitsune tend to enter dreams. I have had drams about one for years, and during times of extreme distress, the dreams became more intense, like she is trying to protect me.

I have also had dreams of a weird nature, one repetitive dream involves me as a Soviet soldier with others in a trench just as Germany starts to invade in 1941. The soldiers I'm with were tasked with defending a Soviet village behind the defense line, the defense of the village went well, though... the villagers were being evacuated as we heard tanks and a couple of minutes later dive bombers, an AT gun knocked out a German tank but the AT gun itself got disabled seconds later. Me and the other soldiers climbed out from the trench just as soon as we started getting overrun by German infantry and armoured vehicles, we started to run to the village to make our final stand... but as me and the men were running to the village I heard yelling, so I turned around and saw a German infantryman charging at me and then stabbed me to the right of my stomach. (where my birth mark is) As I layed on the ground... dying, I heard explosions behind me so I turned my body around to have the front part of my body on the dirt and then saw the village on fire as my fellow soldiers were crying out in pain, probably burning alive. But as I layed there... watching the village burn, I saw a red fox walk out of the fire, the fox then noticed me and ran to me, stopping right next to me then sat by my head. As my vision started to get blurry, the fox then started to lick my face slowly and a few seconds later I felt a tear land on my cheek from the fox... and then the dream ends. The weird but nice feeling I get comes from the fact that this was the first time the beautiful fox has entered my most repetitive dream ever... I hope that fox enters my dream again.

Would you mind if I used your video during my live acoustic performances and just play my guitar live over top of your video playing in the background behind me? I plan on wearing a fox mask and playing some Japanese style guitar music. I figured it would be an awesome way to impart some knowledge about Japanese culture on people while being artistic at the same time! Hopefully I hear back from you!
@Kurotheskeleton_YT6 жыл бұрын
they dont have any real knowledge over the kitsune...only mostly stories and small things that come from truth....other wise you will find little to nothing to share to others about actual truths and knowledge...more like you will be explaining and telling others about what Japanese people wrote about and small things here and there were true and remembered/known about them

@Kurotheskeleton_YT6 жыл бұрын
species? don't you mean people? thats a really vulgar and impossibly strange thing to hear someone especially someone who says they are one kind of language.....since when do people call them selves species instead of your people...maybe you weren't thinking when you wrote what you did that day...I don't know what to think...
