Pro tip: don’t move the fish around a lot. It will wash the marinade slurry off. Just drop it in and try not to stir it around a bunch.

Great information and easy to follow. Thank you very much! Question: What kind of oil are you using for the ending? EDIT: Thumbs Up for this!

Rapeseed oil, or Peanut if you can't find.

Fish dish looks good. You have a very soothing voice that’s nice to hear & follow. No msg though. I’m one of those people who are highly sensitive & affected by msg, also known as yeast extract. Msg compounds my arthritis & aches. This is also coming from someone who has been cooking for decades & have cooked other international dishes. I’ve also took a culinary course. Will substitute msg w/mushroom flavoring though. Been wanting to cook more Sichuan foods. Thx

practice 🤣. There's no magic, you crack it in, turn your pan and let the egg flow in your pan. That's it :)

Would Korean sweet potato starch noodles be ok? What about Korean toasted sesame oil? A lot of Chinese recipes call for sesame oil but I’m not sure if that’s the same thing.

use what you can find. It won't be the same, but we have a lot of ethnic koreans in north eastern china. It should still tastr good!
