That was so peak sega took inspiration from the manga again and the fight scenes were amazing the flashback was absolutely heartbreaking i really love Kirk’s shadow direction he absolutely improved segas letting him cook😁🔥🔥🖤💎

Nice analysis on the fight choreography! Maria's illness is called Neuro-Immune Deficiency Syndrome, or NIDS. Gerald is trying to invent a cure for it, which is what led to the creation of Shadow as the Ultimate Life Form. But as Shadow is saying, despite his creation there was still no progress on finding a cure, which is what's frustrating him.
