I recently started with a Parker SR1 shavette. I did surprisingly well for my first few shaves. Just don't rush and take your time. My technique has already improved in just a handful of shaves.

Not sure if I'll be buying any, I have a bunch of blades I'd like to get through before I get any more. Good to know they're to your liking! Great Shave!

I have an open and closed comb Flexi. Very aggressive but very efficient. A little more than I need. I have an DS Cosmetics XO which is similar to the older 41. I'd rather shave with it. The open comb Parker Variant I have is excellent. Smooth yet efficient. I have several old Gillette open combs. Old model and the newer 30's. They are all smooth. Not super efficient but smooth. Just a few examples I thought I'd throw out.

Hi Dave. That razor is definitely good for someone starting out for shavette shaving. I like the idea that you can use a full DE Blade. Enjoy your week.

Nice shave Inspector! Looks like a better design than the Razorine. I like how the plate has an angle on it to help get the right shave angle. I have some trouble with my Razorine, it's plate can only go one one way or it doesn't fit right, and I don't think that's intentional. And yes the screw isn't very user friendly lol, I'm glad I haven't dropped it down the sink or AC vent yet 😆 That's a huge aftershave bottle! Very nice! 😎👍 Have a good one! Steve

One I'd like to see... a dup of Wilkinson Sword (black container) soap. I love the scent, but performance isn't great and no matching splash. So a quality soap and splash in that scent would definitely suck money out of my bank account - lol!

I have the Maggard slant also. It is a great slant razor at an excellent price.

Hi inspector, if you like AL razors, pls try Styletto godfella's with the normal colored plate and the black more efficient. You'll not regret. Nice shave with Apex, I prefer the Kopparkant 8n brass
