I found that a player with S-video out and a retrotink 5x pro is the only way to enjoy LD movies

It's probably intended for people who want to get into collecting LaserDisc stuff. It's always handy to know how to properly use and handle them.

Interesting. Your prices certainly reflect 9 years ago when this was made. How times have changed

I grew up in Youngwood. I went to Youngwood Elementary until 3rd grade. That was the last year before they closed and we all went to Standwood which was a new school and a clone of West Hempfield if I remember correctly since I also went to that school later. I lived in the Youngwood Hotel for a few years and we moved from apartment to apartment. I remember Bompiani since he was my fathers chiropractor. Doctor Kawog was our doctor...I think that is how you spelled it. I spent all my summers at Park and Pool and a few at the Youngwood High School Playground/Basketball court where you could play carom pool and do other activities. I rode my bike all over this town and since it was the early 80s I spent plenty of time in the arcade or two that they had at Sheetz and Baba Lous later named the Youngwood Hotel. Thanks for putting this up I remember this town like it was the back of my hand still even though we moved to Greensburg for Jr High and High School. Dairy Queen was my Little League Sponsor actually!

My dad grew up on 4th St. Grandma worked for the insurance agent in town. My mother lived out a bit, went to the one room school house that is now a community center. Her dad had a butcher shop for quite some time and then drove street car. My parents moved to Baltimore before my brother and I were born, but we visited many times. Youngwood is part of home to me - I always wished I had lived there when my parents did, and I could have been part of such a nice small town.

This was a great video! I liked it so much I used it in my project on 1980's media and showed it to my class and professor. I got a good grade because of it! Thank you!!
