If you have a cold body then the oil needs to be heated a bit before applying...

@@shreemyil3968 Each 160 + Shipping sis...shampoo has to be kept in refrigerator for 1 month ..No preservatives added, only natural ingredients used in both shampoo and hair pack powder. Before using a hair pack and shampoo, oil the hair at least for 2 hours.
