If anyone is reading the comments here, this is my old channel, and it sort of fell down the back of the sofa and the log-in deets got lost along with the broadband account I was using at the time. I've got a new channel these days here:- kzbin.info Bit of frame building, bit of wiring, usual stuff. If it sounds like it would float your boat, check it out. 🙂

One thing that I really would have liked to see what how you got the drive line connected, what did you use to connect the tailshaft to, how did you get the power to go 90° was it just a simple 90° gearbox or something diy?

all that is wrong with you design . . . like most conversion I see like yours . . . . you all leave the rear wheel contour . . . make your system inside the rear wheel contour . . .. and you have a spectacular vehicle . . . .shorten the drive shaft 16 inches . . . fab that thing in short . . . . O man . . . . but I like what you built as well . . ..

Well I'm a happy viewer. As someone who owns a decent jigsaw and regularly cuts quarter inch steel by hand with a hacksaw. I always assumed the jigsaw was only good for cutting wood, plastic and aluminium.

it will cut better and keep the blade cooler thus the blade will last longer if you use cutting fluid or oil
