Man I felt like you were talking directly to me. For years I questioned why I was so angry all the time. And being caught up in the emotions I never stopped to ask if it was even really anger I was experiencing or the result of something else. I realize now that I've been grieving the lack of acceptance for who I am as a person. It was never anger it was sadness that wasn't given a voice. Sadness that I closed myself off too because I didn't want to feel the pain anymore. And now that my mind is so clear I can see why I had such a hard time letting people go.
