They are horrible! We showed up a few minutes before start of a tour and the tour guide was already gone. I tried getting my money back and they refuse. I put a dispute with my card and now they are fighting telling me about me signing a contract with them and I’m responsible for paying them or they will send me to collections.

A beautiful location. Was there in November 2022 residing in the Kelo cabin. Didn't see the northern lights but enjoyed the husky/reindeer experience. And, of course, met Santa Claus in his home! An experience of a lifetime. Highly recommendable!!

Your travel agent should have asked more questions to make sure this property meet your expectations. The resort is not for everyone, certainly a trip of a lifetime for some of my clients.

Hello Fabian, The Arctic resort has a variety of rooms, from full Kello cabins (combination of cabin and Iglo) with private sauna as well as just glass rooms with showers on an adjacent building .
