Some very creative secrets in this map. Though it has a little too many shotgunners without armor for my liking.

I remember that 1 for some reason. Have you ever played a wad called park .wad? For some reason, I remember that 1 very well. It had a rememberable song in it.

A review at /idgames claims E1M1 contains a secret exit that, as per Vanilla Doom, takes you to E1M9, whereupon you reach E1M4 if it isn't a secret exit but skip over two levels if carrying gear over levels. It then advises the author or end user to swap the tags for E1M1 & E1M3 so it "works when anticipated". Anyway, this sounds like a lot more fun as a result of it getting it wrong and implementing multiple exits in inescapable pits. It sounds unique. The play-by-play action seems solid, too.

Based on the WAD name and how it looks like it was loosely modelled on a real world location, I have a suspicion the name RAGE refers to something in the real world.

This was the last map I played after a 12 (technically 13) hour doom session. You can tell how exhausted I was based on the extremely sloppy gameplay.

This wad sucks, but i like the concept of using the cool linedef that you can't walk through, but can shoot through to make turrets or something. (With the like non transparent texture)

You played 80 levels in one sitting? No, that's not good at all! Give yourself a break for a couple days. The levels' blurring together isn't doing you any favors. This one's short, though. That always helps. Thanks for your commitment to the channel's project. Please don't burn yourself out!

Nicely done. the first big bad guy with alI the barrels around him is just for looks, but you off'ed him anyway! I made that .wad when I was 21 years old!!

Low health... and few rockets will be nice for gameplay as well... but "poor design"? Boolshit. Map have verygood architecture and design especially for 1994.

0:08 It took 36 frames for that shotgunner to fire a second time, when doomguy takes 37 frames. THEY CHEAT!!!!
