I choose to believe that terminal replaced the floor selection buttons so it never actually goes anywhere, it's just always on the same floor and people just come in to play around with the effects

I'm pretty sure he replaced the original music due to copyright issues and replaced it with free KZbin music. you can trust me I saw this like 8 years ago and I still remember it.
