I remember being a part of saving this park in the late 90s. I played in this forest as a kid in the 60s. I'm glad it was saved.

So, the private landowners ruined the stream and the rest of the public pays to remediate the disaster they created.

Wow.....this is sio stupid it makes me laugh ! 10 Beaver families would have done that FOR FREE and much quicker ! Mankind is doomed if we dont use your knowledge. Perfect examples here how 🤮

Why doesn't stream restoration start at the source of the rainwater runoff by building small dams where the rainwater comes off the farmer's fields? The rainwater runoff held back by the dams then would soak back into the groundwater. Contour farming will also hold back the rainwater runoff from the farmer's fields. The female bumblebee hibernates over winter in the dirt streambanks. The endangered Eastern Massasauga Rattlesnake, Blanchard's Cricket Frog, Hines Emerald Dragonfly all hibernate in the native crayfish's burrow along the streambank. The bank swallow and kingfisher make their nest in a hole dug into the dirt streambank.

All that work, and then herbicide is sprayed along the fence and poisoned.rockafellar oil says its good for you. Like the covid 19 bioweopen jab patented in 1990. HYPOCRITS.
What will happen to wetlands and their habitats, now that the supreme court has withdrawn protected status? Yet again, out of ignorance and greed, birds, aquatic life, plant life, and yes, your life is in jeporady...

Amazing. The mini flood-planes really blew my mind. I am in the research and analysis phase of a dryland restoration design and this really makes sense. I will seriously consider using this.

What exactly is "excellent land owner participation"? Seems like one of those subjective criteria that ultimately punishes those who are not of a type? Rich, white, and uncomplicated, agreeable, what?

Trashnets assembled at the drainage area from storm drains to creeks could be trap and capture garbage before it enters the tributary.
@erichovdesven92772 жыл бұрын
More care needs to be taken in placement of these traps. In Brookhaven Georgia at Murphey Candler Park they filed in a wet lands and slashed a gravel road through a nice forest so that a large truck can drive to the stream to empty the trash.
