Hi, Could you help me? I have five SpeedFace V4L devices, the problem is that two of them are not automatically added as they should to the server (ZKBio Time 8.0.8), however, the other three configured in the same way, are added. So I don't know what the problem is, I'm using a "domain name" for the cloud server.

Biotime 8.0 is very old why dont you use the Biotime 8.5?

What was the version right now of the biotime software that you are using?

@@cyrusernestconsular4177 I'm using BioTime 8.5.5 and the SpeedFace is used as an Attendance machine. I followed all the instructions on configuring the device but the BioTime won't detect the device. I tried different ports but still the same. I thought of the SetParam.exe you used to change the Access Tule type=0. My device is SpeedFace-V5L. By the way, thanks for your reply. I appreciate it very much.

Have you check the cloud server settings? And what was the version of your Biotime 8.5?
