Credit to you for starting with the prices. The pricing is typical of the cycling industry.. shocking! Yes, they are Titanium, and yes, Titanium is difficult to work with..these are priced for the uber wealthy and uber stupid. Normal, sensible cyclists are not welcomed here. As per normal these days, plenty of hype and marketing to try to justify the ridiculous pricing. I don't even care how it rides, how it looks etc. Boring YT content on new unobtainable, over-hyped and over-priced cycling products.

I work daily with Belgians they are culturally inept and unable to work outside of their rigid processes.

i have Hayes Stroker Ryde, now obsolete... impossible to get parts and very expensive if you find them... Im in UK and havent been able to get the pistons rebuild kit.. so i agree with you... i have that same bolt spare if you are still looking for it... or have you like me just Binned the brakes... ???

I had many of these problems over the years. It is disgusting how some manufacturers refuse to provide spare parts for their products. Luckily I discovered that many gun shops where they service old stuff have the capability of makeing almost any kind of weird and unusually dimensioned small screw themselves. I once couldnt find a screw for a derailleur and my local gunsmith just had an identical one in a parts bin.

Interesting opinion. I found this fork (I have the exact same one) really bad in comparison to the previous years. For me it is NOT plush at all, but rather harsh. It is a pogo-stick for jumping and I cant bottom out regardless the drop or the jump with the suggested pressure. I cant use all the travel even with 10 PSI under the recommendation. Going lower in pressure it gets too soft in the mid-stroke. I wonder whether you are using all of the travel. I end up with all compression at full minus and running somewhere 5-10 PSI under recommended pressure. Very unhappy with this fork actually and will have to upgrade to the new 3.1 damper as soon, as it is available here in Italy. I found the old 2.1 ultimate versions of RS way better for everyday trail and enduro riding. For bike park it is a funny fork, but then I would probably rather look into a ZEB...

My rear shock almost bottoms out with small table top jumps and low drops. I was looking for an emtb with more travel on the rear and front and more range and the engine front Bosch. Since you can't recommend this bike, do you have an other suggestions ? I love trail, enduro and I an bit heavy rider 91 kg with gear.

That is a very common bolt, use McMaster carr or whatever engineering hardware supply is available at your company. What a waste of my time watching this video

I also mullet my canyon stoic 2 . Not bad . I run bontrager xr4 tires 2.4 front and rear. Thinking of putting hans dampf front and a 27.5 x2.6 vittoria mezcal at the back .

I also had the opposite experience. I've been able to order everything I've needed from their website for the A4s over the past couple years. Also, I think they're the best and most durable brakes I've ever used.. So not sure why you've had such a bad experience.

Throw away that Gates belt and get a chain. You will be much faster (about 2 km/h) and cycle further. That's 20 km difference per day on a longer trip. Ant that shifter is a monstrosity.

They are beyond bad, I’ve had three sets over the past 8yrs and they all failed within a year, mostly water ingress but lots and lots of soft wear issues too.
