My best friend of 30 years showed me this video years ago - maybe around 2013/2014- I never met a more disciplined individual in my life and he was an unbelievable example of overcoming the adversity of a f*cked up childhood/ family situation. He died in March of 2023 - while this video is incredibly hard for me to listen to now - it still sends such a powerful message that we can, and need to be reminded of every single day - and for me - it’s a way I can come back and see him.
