I bought a brand new XE-S 3.0 Supercharged in May 2016 but (under English law) legally rejected it after four months because of the totally unreliable InControl Touch “Pro”infotainment system (introduced in 2016) that simply didn’t work at all. Plus, the trim quality (leather, carpets etc) was shockingly awful. Under English law, if a fault can’t be fixed first time the customer can reject a car within the first six months after purchase and get all his money paid back plus 8% interest allowance for a small and reasonable “charge” for usage. It was a shame because the car sounded great and looked achingly pretty in British Racing Green with 20” alloys but the constantly crashing and unreliable software put me off buying any JLR product again. I went back to Mercedes and BMW and never looked back.

Novel: new and not resembling something formerly known or used. So, in this case, sticking the belts in oil .... so they can degraded, break up and clog the oil pick-up. Sometimes is better to stick to tried and true, or at least Kaizen: Change for the better or continuous improvement.

My 2016 1.0L ecoboost Fiesta has just hit 40,000 miles with an average of 5,000 a year which is a low average. I get it fully serviced once a year and so far it's still going strong. I just need it to last another 20,000 - 25,000 miles then i'll probably sell it. I don't feel comfortable keeping it passed 65,000 miles.

Poi i passaggi in twist con la ruota dietro sollevata che senso avrebbero dato che é una trazione anteriore? Video ridicolo in cui per avanzare nella neve deve tenere il motore su di giri efar slittare le ruote = sforzo continuo motore e ruote. Compratevi un fuoristrada per andare nei prati e non ste baracche!!!!

Terrible engine suffers timing belt failures carbon build up due to poor direct injection which will throw up your engine management light up and go into limp home mode AVOID

I do think this is a beautiful car. I was trying to buy a used V90 but when I saw the V60 I just thought it was a more refined design.

Maybe it's better to own a Ford Mondeo with 175hp 😉

Focus 1.0 ecoboost Help with car running problem I plugged my other diagnostics scanner in and it says this fault is Power supply fuel pump Short circuit to positive or open Intermittent I ordered a low pressure fuel pump that will sort it i can start the car and rev it up but when let it idle car just dies and if i rev it it will stay running for a couple of minutes with accelerator keot pushed down a bit thanks for your info mate

Rather misleading to keep this up when the time frame has now gone to 10 years and the mileage has changed twice in as many years?
