Yes your right it was running ritch and blowing threw plugs like crazy but I droped down to 280s from 290 it’s runs way better now.. don’t worry I’m happy to answer any questions!

Not sure if they make a nose cone for a 10hp you probably don’t even need one, and yes the exhaust box can be done but it’s a huge pain to do.

Don't put the bilge pump outlet in the motor well. Would do no good if the motor well was lower than the water line.

A, alright I’m hooked. B, I myself am not a painter and don’t have any plans to become one, but I was present when a professional painter friend of mine was painting his 240z. He says you can be the most baller painter in the world, have a perfect booth setup, and the nicest paint you can buy, but if you have water from condensation in your lines, forget about it. I think you can buy in line water traps or maybe if you’re in an area with low humidity you might be golden, but that’s the one thing I learned that day so I’m passing it on. Stoked for the next video.

P.s. where are you located? I live and run my streams on Otsego lake NY. And considering pipkorn was in southeastern Canada, most of his creations remain in the northeast I figure you’re not far off!

Thanks for the comment! I’m located in Kawratha Lakes Ontario Canada. I checked my compressors every time before spraying for water never seemed to have any water, and my shop is pretty good for humidity it stays dry in there, I also did this, this past fall so I kept it heated, I have a wood burning fireplace and propane heater witch keeps it real dry too.

Just take your time but work efficiently because it sets up fast especially in this hot weather, and have everything you need ready to go right beside you so you don’t waste any time after you mix the gel.

Right on! Great sled, I run between 280/290 main jets, I’m at sea level. Get a trail flap to help with cooling snowcross one does nothing, carry extra plugs with you they tent to foul especially when it’s warmer weather

Looking to buy a 2016 600rs, do I need to unplug the hot start button to run 91? Also would I need to rejet to run 91? Lastly anything i should know before picking one up? I’m coming off a 2013 600rs. Any help would be appreciated thanks👍🏼

Awesome man! Yes disconnect the hot start you should be good on 91 I run 280 main jets, it all depends on how it’s setup the way you buy it, just like any sled go over it and make sure it’s in good shape, the 2013 is pretty much the same as a 2016rs Feel free to message me on instagram or Facebook links in bio..

You should put on a dual cable steering system, that slack in single cable makes it harder to drive, plus if the cable broke it's just so much safer!

I bought hydraulic steering for it, the single cable I crazy hard to drive and it has so much play it’s actually extremely dangerous the way it’s setup, but just did a full restoration so everything it going to be new

if it was rich. it would load up and clear out. this pos is lean af and is probably clapped by now. prob hard starting, and was a pos before it was modded w its sealed crank bearings. thats why it sounds like nails on a fkn chalk board. becauss brp is dog water bud. had 4. never again. they are dog sht
